With the rains and nice weather we have been having lately the clematis have really been performing well. Freckles bloomed this past fall, early this spring, and now has a few more blooms and is putting out foliage like mad. In the summer, it tends to go dormant and the foliage can brown out, but come fall it will be back with a bang.
