Picea pungens gallery 2011

I know there will be a ton of others posting here, so let's get this one going!

Picea pungens cultivars/species/photos, go, go!

Picea pungens 'Early Cones'. In the garden 3 years now and very happy. Lots of cones and last years cones(and maybe the year before??) are very evident. A great cultivar.

'Baby Blues'. I thought it might take off and overwhelm the spot but still seems to br growing 3-5" on top and 2-3" on the sides. Nice, compact, good color, a nice overall dwarf.

{{gwi:601301}}

'Gebelle's Golden Spring'. Bigger and better every year, finally staking it to help it become more of a dwarf pyramid.

{{gwi:601304}}

'Lucretia'. A wonderful conical upright, very slow growing dwarf. This plant is in almost FULL shade, two+ years now. No signs of issues because of this and it sure lights up the darker areas of the garden.

{{gwi:601305}}

'Victor'. A laterally spreading dwarf. Location, moderate shade. That Picea abies 'Gold Drift' specimen will be weeping into it's top for many years...
