dulci I'm so happy for you, yes the Lord will lead you though. I'm not on the site very much anymore because I just don't have the time. But was looking around today and saw your wonderful porch. (before) and then read your story. God can always find someone worse off them myself and your story has just inspired and renew me. (I guess I was setting here at work feeling sorry for myself) I too have a wonderful Daughter and three grandchildren but her choice of men has not been the best so I moved them into my home. Seems all I pay for is Attoney fee for her and now one for the grandchildren. Ex is really bad man, But I know that God will find and end to this 2 year battle where we all can be happy in the end. Debra, it is a bit hard to say how well it could do. I originally had it planted by a shrub that quickly overshadowed it. It did OK, the blooms looked good but below average bud count. I left it there a couple of years & moved it last fall. It looks MUCH better this year & has lots of buds. Seems to be a bigger clump too. It is listed as a mid late, I don't have many actual "late" daylilies, but this is blooming with those. It is listed as a rebloomer, & I know it did rebloom for me last year when it was in the shade. Hoping for good things from it now. Really, I don't think the photos do it justice! I like Neon Rainbow too, Mantis, but it is not one I would really recommend based on how it is here. I got this one 4 or 5 years ago as a single fan. It bloomed the following spring & developed another fan which disappeared in summer with the heat. Same thing following year. This year the 2nd fan appeared again, but it managed to bloom this spring, so hopefully it will hold on this time. It is holding one of the better spots in my garden too, where it gets additional water when it needs it, fertilizer, etc. Rita, Orange Bounty is not fancy or anything, but it is one of my late bloomers, although it is listed as mid season for some reason. It usually doesn't start blooming til early July. This year it had a couple of fans that bloomed in early June with my earliest ones though,bloomed shorter than usual though. I thought that might be all it was going to do, but come July the rest of the fans broke out in bloom. Thanks Linda, this is the 2nd year for Sings the Blues & it is looking much better than it did last year. I was so happy when that seedling first bloomed, & I still like it but would like to see it with more buds.

Kathy, AB is a color combo I like too!! AC and AK are also favorites of mine. I am already looking for next years bloom time so I can see what she does ( AB).. Debra, American Freedom is really a beautiful daylily. I don't think she gets enough credit..All About Eve is one that was a noid last year until Jan sent me info on her. The fact that the seller had it listed and sent it by mistake helped a bit!! Michelle, I had to move Alexa Kathryn because she did nothing where she was. I was glad this year that I did. She's a beauty and still blooming.. Thank you Val.. Jean, the form on American Freedom is great. She has had so many beautiful blooms this year.. I love it!! Thank you All....Ellie

Sherry, I don't know why I get so much re-loom. the instant starts early, and a lot of plants seem unable to quit. Walter Kennedy had already put up scapes three times when I decided it was enough and snapped its fourth round. I usually have as many as half of mine to rebloom...They stagger it, and now I am down to only about four every day, Today, was Joan Senior, Butterfly Season Exquisitely subversive, White Eyes, Pink Dragon and South Seas. I the meantime I planted four new ones tis morning in posts, and then got four more in the maisl. I want to shift gears, but they won't stop. kay
