Hi Folks, please indulge me here, I ask your assistance. I'm getting private EMs from a sender I do not recognize who seems to be taking exception to my above comment to Norma. I believe I know all of you by your 'handles' & believe you know me similarly, except for Norma, who I actually know personally. Am cutting & pasting the EM contents I've received in the hopes that one of you might recognize this person or what it is about? Any thoughts? I am a little stumped. I looked it up and it looks like both mentioned. I did notice that other growers said it was tough, and grew in full sun, but the other they said seemed to prefer shade. If it were my guess from what the others said, seems like it might be Francee. Thanks for the ideas. Tammy

My best guess would have to be a Bird of Paradise. Most likely a white Bird of Paradise. I had a white one before, and it resembled your plant.

It's a hosta but which one of the umpteen gillion different cultivars it might be requires more hosta expertise than I possess :-)) Possibly 'Patriot'.
