Anyone Growing Fruits Or Nuts In The Carolinas?

Rabbiteye blueberries, Japanese persimmons, muscadine grapes, figs, and pecans grow without too much problem. Anyone here trying anything else? I'm beginning to get some mayhaws and American persimmons and loquats and even citrus on some trial plants, plus some pawpaws and a few pears. They will take a bit more to a lot more care I can tell already. I think I can add chestnuts to the list of few-problems plants but haven't gotten any nuts yet. Southern highbush blueberries may have few problems too. Attempts at most other fruits that I can think of would take a lot more care, especially regular spraying. Anyone have luck with others? Bunch grapes? Kiwi? Pears? Apples? Peaches? Quince? Blackberries or dewberries?
