Cactus seed mix germinated under cups - when/how to remove?

Bought a mix of cactus seeds (everyone likes surprises) - and germinated them in a cactus/succulent mix under clear plastic cups. I've been watering a couple times a month, with cactus/succulent fertilizer. It's worked great, I've got 13-15 tiny cactus sprouting, and even a dragons blood tree seed germinated! (This is outside, in a partly shaded area, where other cactus are doing very well.)

Now my question is, how (and when) do I go about removing the cups, now that they've germinated? Do I take the cups off for an hour the first day and increase time daily? Or can I start slowly propping up the cups further and further?

I'm worried about destroying my little ones by a huge change in humidity/temp! Any suggestions and help are appreciated!
