I think it might be a silver dollar jade? Crassula arborescens. The newer leaves seem really large, and the older ones too small, but maybe it was stressed/undernourished for a bit, and now is healthier and rebounding? I'm not 100% sold on my answer.

The veining in the leaves does not remind me of any particular succulent. Is there any chance you could take another shot from the top to show us? Also, how large is the plant or the leaves, or what is the plant next to it, so we can get an idea of scale?

Now I'm leaning toward Kalanchoe thyrsiflorab, but those smaller leaves are really confusing me.

Okay...back again. The succulent I found that is closest to looking like yours is Portulaca molokiniensis. I have no personal experience with this plant & have never seen it in person, so I cannot vouch for the veining in the leaves being the same. But...take a look at the links below & see what you think. If/when it blooms, you could confirm. These have stems somewhat like yours (I can't see clearly).

Back once more...pretty certain the Portulaca is it...found leaves with the veining (see below). Google the name in image search engine...lots of pix! =)

Thank you everyone! I do believe it is portulaca molokiniensis, the mystery is solved! I have added a picture from the top for a better view. I rescued this guy from drowning at a Home Depot, it was outside with no cover and it has been raining practically everyday for weeks, I think that's why the bottom leaves are so much smaller, it is much happier in my window at work. Thanks again! :)
