Does anyone else have this problem leaving Jades outdoors?

I have never had a problem keeping them indoors in a hot sunny window..

But even my nice one I have had for years seems to rebel just as soon as it rains, when we get dew, or a lot of humidity at night.

Many leaves on ALL my jades, especially the variegated ones, the lighter leaves, or hummels like to get brown spots, rot on the edges, black edges, where I have to pull some leaves off, and they do do not grow as fast as they would indoors in a full sun location. There fore I had to bring my favorite years old jade indoors again..

They seem only to be happy when I have a long periods of HOT and DRY weather..

Now what I do is, when I know it is going to be damp at night, or rain at anytime, or cool and raw, or drizzly, misting, I bring them into the porch to keep the leaves dry, and the leaves seem to look much better.

What about you. Any problems at all with wetness on the leaves when left outdoors?

Thank you

Mike..:-)
