First, you need to upload the picture(s) to an online location...something like Photobucket. Many such places are free, including Photobucket. Next, you need to put the HTML code for the picture in the message box. If you're using Photobucket... Upload your pictures to your photo account Find the label that contains the HTML Code link to the picture and copy it: Click on the picture It will go to a page with that picture only Look for the box on the right that's labeled "HTML Code" Click on the code in that box It should briefly change to the word "copied". If it does not, then select all the code in that box and "copy" it. Go to the Message box in the thread you want to put the picture to Paste the code you just copied into the thread's "Message" box Click the "Preview" button. You will now see the picture. It worked just now... for me. May not help anything, but there's my answer :)

If you are using iOS, you don't need to connect anything to the computer, just follow the steps as given by theclose. However, I think you do need not to be using the horrible, horrible Houzz app, but just a browser, like Safari, for the steps to work.
