First, you need to upload the picture(s) to an online location...something like Photobucket. Many such places are free, including Photobucket.

Next, you need to put the HTML code for the picture in the message box.

If you're using Photobucket...

1. Upload your pictures to your photo account

Find the label that contains the HTML Code link to the picture and copy it:

• Click on the picture

• It will go to a page with that picture only

• Look for the box on the right that's labeled "HTML Code"

• Click on the code in that box

• It should briefly change to the word "copied". If it does not, then select all the code in that box and "copy" it.

Go to the Message box in the thread you want to put the picture to
Paste the code you just copied into the thread's "Message" box
Click the "Preview" button.
You will now see the picture.

This doesn't work for me. I went to Photo bucket, uploaded my photos, copied on html and pasted in the message box, and all I got was copy?

What do you mean all you got was "copy"? A long link should appear.

After the uploading is complete, try clicking on 'Save & Go to My Album' then right click in the 'HTML Code' box under the picture you want to post and select 'Copy'. Then paste it into your message on GW.

Whe you paste a photo into the text box when typing your post, the photo will NOT appear, just a long string of ugly code. Hit preview. Then the photo will appear in your post. If it doesn't, then you've done something wrong.
