Would I need to heat my Sonoma County greenhouse?

I've checked the greenhouse forum but would really like to direct this to people here in my area. I'm considering buying a kit greenhouse such as the Rion EcoGrow and am wondering if I would need to heat it in order to get any real use out of it.

What I would like to do with it:

Raise vegetable seedlings in February/March/April (after germinating in the house).

Grow a couple tomato plants that might do better in those summers where we don't quite get the heat, or extend the life of my tomatoes an extra month or two.

Grow lettuce through the winter months where it's protected from all those darned aphids.

(And...any other ideas you might have for an unheated greenhouse.)

Does anyone here in my Zone 9 climate have an unheated greenhouse, and if so, what are you doing with it? Thanks much for the help!!
