Advice for heating my small hobby greenhouse

I am building a small hobby greenhouse on my back porch. The lower 2 feet of the walls is made of cinder blocks and the upper portion of the wall will be regular wood framing. I will be using triple-wall polycarbonate to cover the walls and roof. The dimensions are approximately 12'x7' with one wall shared with my house. You can see the link below for pictures of my progress.

I plan to keep my tropical plants in this greenhouse over the winter and would like to maintain a temperature of about 60F, even when the overnight lows dip into the 20s here in central Oklahoma.

I have calculated that I will need about 5000 BTUs, which can be attained with a regular, small space heater. My question is about which type of space heater would be best for my needs. There are two types that are widely available:

upright oscillating space heaters with fans

low baseboard convection space heaters (no fan)

I would appreciate insight any of you might have about choosing a space heater.

Thanks!
