I have used quite a lot of these in the last 20 years. When the need to cut to fit first became apparent I bought a diamond blade for my 7 inch Skill saw. Dry diamond blades were new and expensive,$120. I still have and occasional use that blade which is available now for about half what I paid. Al

Pick up an Angle Grinder. HD or Harbor Freight sell them for less than $20. The grinding blade that comes with them is for grinding steel and won't work on concrete. Next pick up a diamond blade for the grinder. They are suprisingly cheap and are for dry cuts. You don't use water with the blades! HD sells various grades of diamond blades for grinders and as recall they are only $10 or so. I remove the shield from the grinder because I usually use a 4" blade on my 3" grinder. WEAR EYE PROTECTION and a mask because you will have a lot of dust. If I recall correctly the diamond blades for grinders come in 3" and 4" blades depending on the size needed for your grinder. If you get the 3" grinder you can actually use a 4" blade with it so long as you remove the shield. The larger blade will ensure you have a enough blade to cut all the way through without having to flip the paver over to cut through the opposite side.

I often use the angle grinder equipped with the diamond blade to cut through red clay brick but I have also cut through concrete several times with the same blades.

Composite abrasive "masonry" blades for circular saws and angle grinders don't work quite as well as diamond blades, but are much cheaper and are adequate for smaller jobs.

Please be sure to wear protective eye coverings (goggles) and a protective mask when cutting as most rock-type dusts are carcinogenic.

i can verify that "masonry blades for circular saws", work well. they wear down (diameter lessens) fast though. used mostly on bricks (cut fast). but i recall cutting patio concrete, which might have been slow (scored as deep as possible, then i must have sledgehammered to break it off). the concrete pavers should cut faster than "real" concrete.
