I live in the same zone, more or less, as you. Late blooming sasanquas will bloom during warm spells through December here. If it begins dropping well below freezing every night (Jan. & Feb.) there usually isn't enough warmth during the day to get the buds to open and they will eventually drop off. The shrub itself will live down to -10 but not the blooms. It would be very unusual for there to be three separate plants in a three gallon container. Are you sure it's not multiple stems from one plant (which would also be unusual)? If it truly is three separate plants I would divide them now and plant them but you're going to have to wait years and I'm talking at least 10-15 years for the plants to get anywhere near the sizes they describe. Our climatic zone just doesn't have a long enough growing season for camellias to put on a lot of growth per year. In the Carolinas, Georgia, Alabama, etc. they grow much faster and larger. Good luck, I have about 10 camellias in my garden and I love them all.

Peppers, off the top of my head and without getting off the couch to check notes New Ace, King Arthur, Pinot Noir have produced well for me and we like the flavor. Carmen is a bulls horn type that is very tasty, ripens to red. Look for varieties suited to a short growing season. The last two years Beauregard has done well for me, a raised bed will be helpful in getting the soil warmed up for them. Most varieties will cover a lot of ground once they get going. I believe it's Vardaman (sp) that is more of a bush type but have never grown them so don't know about flavor or productivity. Don't forget you will need to cure them in a warm humid place for 7-10 days. Curing helps them keep in storage and converts the starches to sugars, developing the flavors. Onions, starting with plants will get you off to a good start. Copra is an excellent storage onion, Walla Walla's do well but are best used within approx a month of harvest. Big Daddy produces very large onions that will store for 3 or 4 months. Again onions that you plan to store need to be cured. As much as possible your garlic should be rotated to a different bed each year, you might want to put your onions an garlic in the same bed and move them each year to a different bed, Rotating crops is always a good idea if possible.

I have exactly the same dilemma. Need white but not very popping out and doesn't go on the cream side as well. I have very light gray siding and we ended up liking Eider White and Extra White. Extra White Is the third one down on the same strip as yours.
