Drought helping me kill weeds and Bermuda grass

My 42 foot by 60 foot garden is infested with weeds and Bermuda grass. I think this year thanks to the drought I may be able to kill them without using any chemical weed killers. I have been rototilling the area every couple of days for the past two weeks and I don't see anymore weeds. Normally they would come right back as soon as we got some rain, but this year we only got 3/8 of an inch for all of January which is supposed to be our rainiest month, so they never grew back. I plan to keep doing this until every Bermuda grass stolen and rhizome is dead. Some rain is predicted for Thursday through Saturday but the weather report will probably be wrong again, and any storms will probably wimp out or bypass us, but if we do get a quarter inch or so it might sprout some of the millions of weed seeds in my soil, which I will then kill with more rototilling.
