and a GOOD morning to you.

Since it is sunday I figured you can pick any flower you want and when you need a happy moment, just think about it.

Of course a angel would fit perfect for today. But you know how it is when you make plans and don't think them all the way through lol

But one thing is for sure, each and every one of you HAS a angel watching over you! I am sure about that :-)

Who gets to stay home tomorrow too?

Lucy, I pick the purple petunia, LOL! I get to stay home from watching my granddaughter because her mom and dad are off! A glorious Sunday to all!

No rot at all - perhaps it's just because none of the water actually comes in contact with the plants? It's very low maintenance and has made for some nice growth. Whenever any of them start to look a little dehydrated, I just put the top on for a few days to really kick up the humidity, and things just seem to do well. Looking forward to trying some other stuff the same way. Have one jade I'm trying to do as root-over-rock in the same way; appears to be working well so far.

I'll bite. Here's my list: 1. Hamamelis x intermedia 'Jelena' - fragrant and colorful just when you think winter will never end 2. Anemone x hybrida 'Honorine Jobert' - several weeks of late summer/early fall white flowers on a beautiful plant 3. Aquilegia canadensis - native columbine 4. Itea virginica 'Henry's Garnet' - looks good in bloom, good fall color, red stems give winter interest 5. Rosa x 'Sorcerer' - miniature rose, lovely red; a blooming machine Ask me again tomorrow, you might get a different answer. :)

I purchased our third laundry set yesterday. There is a lot that went into our decision but I will focus on a few. Our first set was a Maytag set, the second set was a Kenmore H4T set (We Absolutely loved this set for its performance but it was not too efficient - took too long to wash) and yesterday we purchased LG's latest model. These are the points that helped us make our decision: FLoader or TLoader? FLoader. Why? They are more efficient and washes cleaner to us. They use less water, soap and power. We have a septic system so we care about how much water goes into it. Service? The Whirlpools have fewer service calls but lower customer and review ratings than LG or Kenmore. They also compare to the #1 washer which is LG's mid steam capable washer. Kenmore is 3rd. I chose the LG as the service calls were a little (and I really mean just a tiny bit) more than Whirlpool's. Price? The Whirlpool set is the cheapest. They also have a deal on the bases; Buy 2 and get $200 back. The LG bases are the cheapest. Kenmore is most expensive. The latest set from LG is the most expensive BUT the WHITE is $200 less which makes it $100 more than the others in the pack. Other reasons we purchased the most expensive LG... The LG has a unique leveling system that quiets the machine when it spins at its record speed of >1300 RPM. The drum is 4.5 Cu which for us means less loads of dark and light colored clothes. The the Whirlpool 4.2 Cu. Steam while washing seems to produce whiter clothes in washers I have seen. The rollers make the clothes also seem to spin more in the wash cycle. I checked it out at a friends house. She has the mid model which is #1 right now. The LG wahshers works. Are you ready for our reason #1? The LG washers wash in 40% less time than the Whirlpool or the Kenmores PLUS uses less energy and water while running. BTW = this comparisson only compares Steam Infused Washing Systems. I hope this helps. I hope it washes as clean as the H4T set we had. That washer "Sanitized" our clothes and produced the best results I saw in a non-steam washer for white clothes BUT it took 1 hour and 10 minutes. It also vibrated the entire second floor of our tiny home.

Fun2be -- those were the everyday dishes we registered for when we got married -- 27 tears ago. The pattern has been discontinued and when we redid the kitchen I decided I was tired of it and it didn't really fit my house full of guys. I haven't used it and the boys have not interest i ever having it, plus I got my mom's china when she passed. I have to make choices, so the rosebuds are going away. Just need to decide how. Hope you had a nice brunch.

I like them all!!! Who can choose? I planted some snap dragon seeds last year. I direct sowed them, forgot I planted then, then thought they were weeds when they were coming up.......someone kick me in the rear please!!!

Love them all Lucy, but still really like the red petunia with the dusty millers, that's such a pretty grouping.

Mary, LOL, I've done that myself, now I let a seeding grow a little before I pull. It's always a weed but I have to make sure first. :o)

I like the red with the dusty miller as well. We are off tomorrow. Hopefully John will feel better and we can go fishing. He is having withdrawals from not getting to go for a while, lol. I knew he was really sick when he canceled fishing again today and wouldn't eat rice. I thought I might need to check for a pulse when I heard him say no rice. Thats like saying I don't need air for him. He is a little better and would rather him not push it but I guess we will see in the morning.

Well Kristy I guess out of sypathy (sp) I decided to get sick too. Been in bed since Valentine's. Without hubby lol
Starting to get cold again so I will return to my warm bed for a while.

Hope JOhn is better today. But weather does not look nice to be out there fishing. Just looking out makes me even colder.

So sorry Lucy. You need me to bring you anything? He is still whining about going fishing so I told him phone a friend. Its drizzling and cold. I am going out to strip leaves from the plants I moved to the greenhouse last night. It stayed at 54 with the small heater.
