Oh Debbie thank you so much for the 1st year baby ornament and the card. That was the sweetest of you to do. I was so shocked when I seen the box in the mail. I thought it was miticide I ordered. lol It is beutiful!!!

Lucy, I'm so glad that you were able to meet up with me on my way down to Austin and on such short notice too. I had such a good time and I agree, the visit was waaaaay too short. Everyone, Lucy is just as kind and funny as she is here in the forum. Wish you all could meet her, she will keep you in stitches. The people at IKEA probably thought we were on something as much as we were laughing. We had the best time ever!!! Barb, I'm with you, it would be a blast if we could have a convention somewhere so we could all meet. Update on Deb's son Bobby. PLEASE keep on praying for him. It has been 17 days now and he is slowly waking up. Doctors said he would be blind because of the injuries, but he opened his eyes and when his sister waved to him, he waved back. But he has a lot more to overcome to hopefully be his own self again one day THIS is why prayers are still needed. They work!!! thank you friends. God bless Lucy

Thanks for the wishes! I can't believe it another milestone, but then again everyday is one! it was so cold here on the weekend and the wind!, we did get snow on thurs and fri, but only about 3 inches too, but today it's just freezing with the wind -30F out!!!, i don't put the car in the garage and don't plug it in but it did start! Carley went back to school today till noon and she's finished daily at that time now, it's hard to believe that she'll be finished high school in june! Al has been in alot of pain with the damp weather we had been having and seems to be using the nitro spray almost daily and is sleeping right now, so i'm busy knitting right now, can tell i've slowed down i used to be able to knit a sweater in a week now it's more like a month! matthew came home for supper again last night, he know that sundays here are a big meal, --i made these pork chops in the oven and you put demon slices,onion slices, brown sugar and ketchup on them very tender, baked potatoes and rolls. in the morning i made 2 pumpkin pies. so i guess i must be getting some energy back! PB i'm reading Metro Girl right now, seems like another quick read! well the phone is ringing, so i better go and see who wants what! thanks again! debbie

I tell ya, Deb is full of suprises! She is just really the sweetest and thoughtful person. Not to talk about how perfect everything she does, looks!

Lol, we don't see much of our table during the winter, we just eat in the living room. Good light in there for plants you know, lol. Enjoy your gifts. Isn't this the greatest most fun bunch of people around?

I'm glad you liked them. Thanks for the offer but I have some plumies started thanks to Lucy. I was also lucky this season because the mature plumies in the GH suffered very little damage during the freezes. I even found one in there that was putting out an inflo. I got that one inside before the freeze but am not sure the inflo will mature or not.

I am so happy your plumies are okay...Lucy is the sweetest to share. I am gonna see if I get germination on them and I can share with others. I wouldnt want to give out bad seed. Darn it I even payed for these. They better work..LOL I heard from flowurgirl...

Barb,

So glad you like the baby ornament and it got there in one piece. Wish I could have gotten it to you before Christmas. Things just get so hectic then.

Hope that grandbaby is doing well and you are able to see him often. You need to send us an updated pic. Aren't grandbabies wonderful.

I'm so busy that I haven't even been able to check the posts here to see how everyone is doing. Hope everyone is doing well. Maybe in a few days I will be able to get back here, I miss you all.
