My husband washed a load of blue jeans on Sat. When he put them in the dryer, he discovered a Swiffer duster, the handle and the swiffer duster, had falled from a shelf above, in to the washer and went through the complete wash/rinse cycle. I was delighted to learn that all was intact after the wash cycles, but the swiffer refill (fuzzy part) was 100% and reusable. I let it air dry (didn't put it in the dryer LOL). There is no such comment to that effect on the packaging. We can reduce and reuse...those of us who use them. We have -12F in northern Mn. this morning (Mon.). We forecast for a warm up by Wed. of +15F for daytime highs. I'm thinking and planning for spring despite this typical Jan. weather for us.
