The only plant genre I can think of with more creative names than roses is the daylily world, and there are tons with science fiction names. The clearest series to come to mind is the "Spacecoast" series, such as Spacecoast Jedi Knight. Most of the colors look decidedly alien as well. As for roses, there is a Space Invader listed by Carruth on HMF, but no US vendors. Armstrong and several others have the mini Space Odyssey. There is a Vulcan rose, but it's not available in the US. Over a dozen roses use the word "Fantasy", many of whom are available in the US, including a pink Fantasy (Jackson & Perkins) and a red Flame of Fantasy available several places. I would imagine running such a large scale operation she would have to have some kind of license issued by the community. You might, before doing anything, legal wise, check into whether she indeed has a license to do what she's doing. If she is just being the kind-hearted-soul and saving dogs, you might consult a lawyer to look into what you can do. You could, talk to her about your concerns and see what she says. In any event, she no doubt will not stop what she's doing...and you are still facing the problem. But, back up your concerns with what a lawyer tells you. You don't want to give her ammunition to thwart your taking legal action. I can imagine the smell of so many dogs doing their thing would be enough for the health department to get in on the problem. We have a similar person doing what she's doing....but it is on a farm which also is part of a kennel operation. She's got animals more likely found in a zoo and invites people to come and gander....as well as geese.

http://donrisi.blogspot.com/2009/09/portraits-reflections-in-your-subjects.html explains the theory You need bright, even illumination, that means NO FLASH aimed at the mirrors ... use sheets of white paper and halogen lights and bounce the light off the paper onto the mirror. Or bounce it off off the ceiling. Or make a "diffuser" by shining the lights through frosted glass, translucent plastic or white paper (just don't get the diffuser too close or you have fires). Don't try to get the whole wall in one shot. Take a small section at a time, either focusing on one inscription or one or two tiles ... pixels are cheap. This also means you don't care if the photographer is reflected in part of the mirror, because you are aiming a bit to one side of the photographer's reflection. Use a GOOD digital camera - one with a big lens that lets you choose shutter speed and aperture, and try various things until you find one that works. Use a heavy tripod - you can find them for CHEAP in thrift stores. Take some "location shots", just big overviews of the wall without worrying about the reflections, and print them out (B&W laser printer will do). Mark off each section as you get a good shot of it to make sure you get everything in closeups.
