Some more pictures of things blooming this month that were wintersown (or "springsown") this year. Thought others might like to see some of the perennials/biennials because everyone always asks what will bloom the first year. I was shocked that some of these perennials bloomed...many are still very small.

My babes!

This is a picture from yesterday of the 13 monarch cats I raised from eggs collected on my wintersown butterfly weed, swamp milkweed, and scarlet milkweed. Tonight they are hanging upside down getting ready to pupate.
