Hi, I hope no one minds that I am asking this again. I really need help from gardeners who have experience with this. I have asked many gardeners about where to store my seeds and almost every gardener has said to keep them in a dark, cool, dry place. Many gardeners have suggested putting my seeds in a plastic box like tupperware, adding a few dessicants and putting them in the bottom of my refrigerator. Some gardeners have mentioned that putting seeds in the freezer would not be a good idea as it destroys the seeds. However, I have more room in my freezer than in my refrigerator (which means I can buy more seeds!). I would really like to hear your thoughts and experiences. Can someone tell me the best way to store my seeds. Is it safe to store all of my seeds in the freezer? I mostly have vegetable, fruit and herb seeds (and want to buy more!). Yes green is good but it is a bit on the stringy side sparse,thin and slightly on the side of etiolated. I imagine some pruning of your jades weaker growth and cutting would be in order, as to where you'll find some ideas as to where or what to cut could be a little difficult to look up after all the other soil mixing and idea searching you'll be doing. mind if I use your pic ? Start with the red lines and cut away as best as you can if you happen to find some info on your relentless 1000's and 1000's of jade threads You may also want to attempt to root the cutting as as well which also has 1000's and 1000's of searchable info on how to do as well. Side note which has very very little to do with any of your 10000's of searching information results The pot is a bit to big.

Patty_cakes has a good point: My hand-eczema worsen when I drink citrus juice, esp. Orange/pinapple/strawberries. There are so many pesticides on strawberries that can set off a rash. I have no problems with cranberry juice (no pesticide & no need for citric acid since it's so sour). What's worse, they add citric acid to juice. Citric acid is made commercially from a genetically-modified black mold, rather than from citrus fruits. Lots of people are allergic to that. I can tolerate juice WITHOUT chemical citric acid .. much better than juice with citric acid added. Also find that applying Milk of Magnesium STOP THE ITCH better than other remedies, be it hydroxide peroxide, calamine lotion, iodine, or apple vinegar cider. Milk of Magnesium works because magnesium relaxes the tissue, thus help in calming the itch. With my 3 years of eczema & itching right hand, I have tried all remedies possible.

Ingrid, that's a good idea for really bringing your beautuful collection to life! I like the idea of choosing a color from one of your porcelains OR the most obvious, the wall color. Whatever you decide, IMO is something you should definitely do. Read below before you start. ;) C_and_J, great minds think alike~I suggested craft paint in another thread, how bizarre. Compared to samples, you can save a lot of bucks on paint you are never going to use and it just dries out. My DD recently spent $ 120 on paint samples since I hadn't thought of the idea. Keep in mind you can always mix to get what you're looking for, and if on sale, only have to spend a buck! Take your sample(painted on a piece of wood/foamcore/cardboard))to your paint store, ;)
