Geisha (the floribunda -- not the HT sold at RU) or Dainty Bess or the small climber The Charlaton (aka Astronomia at Eurodesert Roses), in order of size. The blooms of all three are very similar to each other.

It's not small and I don't know how it does in the South, but Golden Wings is famous for its single, light yellow flowers with prominent red stamens.

Take a look to 'Ice Wings' :o)

Look at the Hulthemia hybrids maybe (you can do an advanced search on HMF). White Wings, Jacqueline du Pre, Melflor, Ellen Willmott, Mrs. Oakley Fisher.

She was mentioned already, but Dainty Bess is my favorite for red stamens.

Sherry, I'm not sure if the Hulthemias would be happy with your humidity, but if you can go for other colored stamen, take a look at Grace Seward. Coral pink stamen with excellent foliage in single, white flowers. Unpruned in my thirteen month growing season in the old garden, it was about three by two feet and never without bloom. A beautiful rose named for a very lovely person whom I had the pleasure and honor to know. Kim

I'll have to second Kim's suggestion for 'Grace Seward'. I have grown this rose in two very different climates, both as a container rose and as a rose planted in a rose bed. It is one of the most satisfying roses in my garden. I've only uploaded a couple of photos of GS on HelpMeFind, but every time I am out taking pictures, I find myself going back to this rose to take just a few more.

In my experience with triple digit temps for weeks at a time, Grace Seward holds up exceptionally well.

I seem to remember that the restrained climber 'Summer Wine' has nice stamens. I liked that rose when I grew it in Olympia; naturally I have no idea how it would do in Florida. I also grew most of the single Hybrid Teas others have listed in this post, and they are a pretty group of roses.

Sherry is in Florida and doesn't spray fungicide. I can't think of a single candidate for that situation.

How about Poulsen's Pearl? It's like a Floribunda version of Dainty Bess, about 3 1/2 ft high in the cemetery, four feet wide, covered in clusters of bloom. It doesn't have the elegance of Dainty Bess but I think it's a much nicer rose. No disease in Sacramento but we don't have blackspot pressure, so can't speak about how it would do in Florida.

Looks like Vintage is the only source listed on HMF. Too bad - this rose is a winner.

As long as we are fantasizing about roses that Sherry can't actually grow, 'Mme. Butterfly' often shows raspberry stamens. The ruffled, satiny petals, the fragrance, and the stamens are all superb. There is no flower more beautiful. The plant is weak and tender, though.

Anita, Poulsen's Pearl is gorgeous! I'd love to give her a try. Someone in Georgia grows it, but no one in Florida seems to grow her. Thanks for mentioning this rose. She'll go on my wish list unless someone has some bad news to offer.

Mme Butterfly is lovely but appears to be both a double and semi-double, and I'm confused. There were a couple photos with ruffled petals & stamens on HMF. Blackspot prone and not in commerce except at Vintage, but since it is fantasy time figured I'd pile on :)

I really enjoy the one at the cemetery. It is not 7 feet, but at least 5 when not pruned severely. I probably should try and propagate it. Maybe I'll try some hardwood cuttings during pruning season.
I tried to propagate Isobel this year. May end up with one plant for all my efforts.

Well, I really like Ellen Willmott and Poulsen's Pearl. The trouble is where to buy and where to put. I'm waiting to see if my favorite Florida nursery will have Ellen Willmott. She's on their plant list but not on their website.

The petal count varied, but a majority of the flowers I got showed stamens. Mine froze out in a zone 7 winter.

Incidentally, 'Ivory Fashion' was horribly susceptible to blackspot.

Rugelda and a number of other Kordes roses from the 50s have red stamens.

I loved Isobel, Janelle and grew it instead of Frühlingsmorgen. They resemble each other in flower, but Isobel was more mannerly and flowered all year here.
