It look me a while to figure out who mystic and bubbles were...more coffee! How are you accessing these two accounts -- desktop mail software (e.g., Outlook) or online. If the latter, are they from the same provider (e.g., Hotmail)?

Albert, I'll bet I can get it changed. I have seen so many so frustrated trying to get their email changed, they were going nutso. They emailed me their password, and the addy they wanted to use, I updated it with no problem, notified them, and then told them to feel free to change their password...as I would not be offended. Want to take me up on my bet? If I was able to change it, what would it prove...that it was something with your computer? settings? or what? check in tools under accounts,select your account,Click on the Properties button. This will bring up Properties box with the General tab selected,In the white box under "Mail Account," you can change the name of the account, if you like. You can give the account whatever name you want. (Note: filling out the "Name" field and the "Organization" field is optional..) where it says display name field see if it has your name there if so you need to change that to what ever it is you want it to say like your email address. I think that is the right place, I have not used OE in years so maybe someone that is more familiar and uses it can jump in too. this may be helpful Email Settings in Outlook Express
