I have a few of these roses, and am very happy with them. They really do have excellent vase life, though not quite the 12 days some are advertised as having, but I'm not one to nitpick LOL
So far they are healthy, and we have had lots of rain and humidity. Of course, the real test will be winter. Ask me again next spring! Here are some pictures:

I also have cinderella, but can't seem to find a photo of her. She's a lovely pink. Oh yes, and they also repeat fairly quickly. I also have Elina and Scent-sation, and the Kordes rose Limelight, all great cut roses. Hope this helps with your decision.

I've got Countess Sonja, Ice Girl, and Queen of Hearts. Countess Sonja is my favorite so far, but they're all new this spring so I can't really judge them yet. They do have long vase life and last a long time on the bush too. I'll let you know next spring if they're hardy.

Thanks for responding Judith and Athena! I plan to bury the bud unions 4" deep and put some mulch over the base for winterizing. Is that sufficient? How does Elina do for you Judith? I'll definitely be interested in hearing how your Freelanders overwinter.

That's what I'm doing Ruth. I don't even bother to do anything for winter since my roses do come back as long as they're planted deep. I have Elina too but it's very new and hasn't bloomed much yet.

I SHOULD bury my bud unions 4" deep, but I never seem to get them down that far. Most of them are 2", a few maybe 3". I do protect all my tender roses with a soil mound, and it has worked so far. I've had Elina for three years, and she always makes it through winter fine. This spring she had about 3 or 4" of green cane left; the spring before, over a foot! But she bounced back quickly and is blooming away out there. Here she is in all her glory:
