Well, we're moving in just over 2 weeks time. I'm going to get my husband to dig up roses to take with us. He limited me to 10 (He has a new job so not much time to get my new bed ready), so of course I chose 11 - we gotta push a little against the THAT'S ENOUGH ROSES wall. LOL

ROSES I'M MOVING

1. Julia Child*

2. Christopher Marlowe

3. Tournament of Roses*

4. A Shropshire Lad

5. L.D. Braithwaite*

6. Brass Band*

7. Black Cherry*

8. Elizabeth Taylor*

9. Crown Princess Margareta

  1. Cherry Parfait*
  2. Prairie Sunrise

Roses I'm NOT Taking

1. Morden Blush - readily available - will buy later*

2. Blanc Double de Coubert - readily available*

3. About Face*

4. Day Breaker*

5. Fisherman's Friend

6. Paul Shriville*

7. Brother Cadfael (balls a lot)*

8. Eglantyne

9. Living Easy (don't like its fading)*

  1. Wenlock
  2. Betty White
  3. John Davis - readily available
  4. Mary Rose*
  5. Golden Celebration* - my only rose with BS - might get it again
  6. Henry Hudson* - hate it
  7. Morden Centennial* - readily available
  8. Lambert Closse*
  9. J.P. Connell* - fantastic first flush, now nothing
  10. Hansa
  11. Pink Grootendorst* - hard choice to leave it behind
  12. Winchester Cathedral
  13. Pope John Paul II
  14. Janet

* - means it survives our winters with protection.

All the others are new.

Do you think any on the bottom list are STELLAR and should replace those on the top list? Fragrance isn't a big deal to me.

Thanks for your help!

Carol
