Pretty Jessica and mini rose ok to plant in raised bed?

I have two roses I'd like to find a home for. They've been potted up this year and most of last year too, and are needing a home lol.

I have a raised bed that is 14 ft wide, 2 ft deep, and 2 ft long. Would they survive the winter in there if I plant them now?

I just hate to have to keep them in the shed again. It took FOREVER to get them both growing and flowering at all this year, because they spent the winter in my shed.

Also, another related question...

The spots where they will go are right now occupied by Jack Frost brunnera's that I need to shovel prune because they both have foliar nematodes.

Will this nematode affect the roses? Would they be ok in those spots? I have read that you don't want to replant anything in those spots that are herbaceous, but that planting woody stemmed plants would be ok.
