Spraying Bayer Disease in this neverending 90* heat!!

Hey everyone, I have put off spraying my Bayer for disease because we have had such hot days and noooo rain until last night for the last month. I was afraid if I sprayed the leaves would turn to toast with all this heat. Now lots of my roses are getting yellowing leaves and not sure if its blackspot or just the stress from the heat and no rain. I have watered some but not like they would like I am sure. I haven't really seen many that really look like blackspot but knew I hadn't sprayed in over a month and I usually spray weekly. I know i'm not making much sense but would it be okay to go ahead and spray maybe at night when it does get down in the 70's and it not fry my leaves the next day when it returns to 90 plus degrees and hopefully ward off any blackspot to come? Thanks in advance for listening, Judy
