My neighbor removed 40 feet of brush/holly/small trees etc. that was growing along my chain link fence. Once all was removed several small trees - appx. 4-5 inches around had grown up through the fence--the chain links and fence are intertwined--he cut off the tops and the bottoms but now I have 1-2 feet of tree suspended in my fence in about 4 places. We've cut everythig we can without cutting the fence itself--is there a way to remove or rot this out--don't know what type of trees they were and they are renting the property and know less than I do. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated. The stumps are also there--though cut very low and now are not removable as they just put up a stockade fence and cut out the stump areas. UGH!!!!!!!!!!!!
