Pressure Treated Wood Ash - Am I SOL?

Hi all,

First post here and was hoping for some advice and help. Me and my brother-in-law did something very stupid (and illegal from what I read, I had no idea) 5 years ago. We tore down an old deck of mine and had a lot of scraps of pressure treated wood left over that we could not bundle up, so we threw them in a fire pit -- a decent amount. I have 2 gardens, one that has been used every year and one that has been unused since 2004. The unused garden is where we burned the scraps and buried the ashes. 5 years later, I want to till up the entire garden and plant several crops and trees there, however, what I'm reading online is a potential risk of arsenic poisoning from contaminated soil.

What should I do? Should I not use the land, or has enough time passed where any contaminants have dissipated?

Thank you.
