Full StoryIn another forum, Jeri, Cass and others have been discussing our worries about roses that aren't widely in commerce disappearing from sight. With the loss of nurseries selling these roses, it's a possibility.
One way to maintain visibility of where roses are is by listing our gardens in Helpmefind. I know that many of you have done that, but I don't always recognize what you've called your garden vs your GW name. Have you listed your garden in HMF? If yes, under what name? If you haven't done so, would you consider adding your garden? Is there any way to make it easier for you to do?
I keep two listings in HMF, by the way - Anita's Garden is at home, and the Sacramento Historic Rose Garden in the cemetery. I need to add about 40 found roses to the HMF data base in order to complete the cemetery's listing - that's not hard to do, but I just need to focus on the task for a little bit.
