out of winter sowing box before spring?

I started winter sowing this past December for 3 boxes. I guess that I did not punch holes evenly, so there have been too much rain water in some areas of the boxes, while it has been dry in others of the same boxes. Some of the little seedlings surrounded by excess water haven damped off. Although there will be a few frosts coming from now until March, should I take those healthy seedlings out of the boxes to escape further being damped off. I am zone 7, and all the seeds I chose were suitable from zone 3-8. Will the frosts going to cause problems for the little seedlings? Thanks
