Micro Nutrients in Composting

I've done a search on this question and haven't found the answer. Assuming one follows the correct "guidelines" for composting, will the resulting compost have the micro-nutrients (Boron, Manganese, Magnesium and Sulfur)necessary for a healthy soil, or will the addition of fertilizers be necessry to make these available to the plants. I have had soil tests done, but the info on these nutrients were not listed. I have also read the advice posted here that really only good compost additions, fish emulsion and kelp are sufficient. ( I do use these supplements)Everything out there looks healthy, maybe grows slowly, but the fennel could be more fennely flavored, the broccoli less bitter, the carrots bigger, and I'm wondering if my gardening practices may be falling a little short. Thanks for any help and thanks for all the great info supplied here.
