Newly Planted Ginkgo is leaved out too early during warm spell..!

Got a new Ginkgo, and planted it. Maybe it is because it it was grown in a milder climate, the travel time in a box, or because of the abnormally warm recent March weather, but my tree has leaved out way too early. The weather has been very warm the last two weeks. Now the forecast is for three nights this week below 30 F degrees, about 27-28 F (-2 to-3 C), cold weather is back (Central Ohio weather... the only constant is that every year is different!). The leaves are still small, they just came out (hard to take a pic at dusk).

Will the leaves fall off in the freezing night temps? How will this stress the tree? I could dig up the tree and put it in the garage in a pot for a week. It's only been planted for two almost weeks. Or should I just leave it alone? Which would stress out the tree more?

I read that a Ginkgo may lose its leaves with a freeze but will grow back... does this effect how much the tree grows during the year?
