Julia Child must go......

.......elsewhere. She's in a prominent spot in my front garden and I want to plant an old rose in her place. I no longer admire this rose, even though it's wonderfully healthy and blooms constantly. I'll be planting her in a less conspicuous spot in another part of the garden behind some old and Austin roses. Can anyone give me some advice about a small old rose to put in Julia's place? It would have to be a soft color, but not white since Alfred de Dalmas is in front of it which is pale pink to mostly white. I don't like red and besides Burgundy Iceberg would be on its other side. I know this is a tough one. It has to be able to tolerate heat and bloom a lot. Fragrance of course would also be nice but I know I can't have it all.

Thank you very much for any and all suggestions.

Ingrid
