Comments (7)i dont fert stressed trees.. its a planting .. water.. or stock issue [bad ball and burlap].... dig a small hole with a hand trowel.. 3 to 6 inches deep.. INTO the root mass planted .. AND FIND OUT IF THERE IS WATER AT DEPTH ... watering is an art.. not a science.. there is no way for anyone.. but you ... to determine if you are giving it enough water or TOO MUCH .. spraying the surface alone.. never works ... ken...See MoreWilting and dying leaves on seedlings...
Comments (8)The first post shows the cotyledon being affected and the same with the last photo - but these are the seeds itself and its suppose to drop off. If the true leaves are affected then you have a problem. The pea plant = looks like it's been affected because there was a period it didn't get any water and then suddenly watered. A case of inconsistent watering. Was that the case? The one thing you should watch for is a fungus called DAMP. It kills suddenly. the entire plant just dies out. Once a plant is afected, throw it out before it infects the others.there's some anti damp treatments available at garden centres. However once this thing takes hold, it's very difficult to manage. Best to throw out affected plants and to treat unaffected plants. Do not over water the plants. Also keep your plants well ventilated using a fan (gentle cycle). I usually add a little layer of sand on top to prevent these things from happening....See MoreFig leaves wilted, tree dying

Comments (15)Hi,im hoping that someone will see my desperate message.... I too have a wisteria which i have had for 7 years,it's lives in a sunny position within the gardena and gets plenty of water but it has never bloomed. Then this year i noticed that it was producing something different, it could only be buds.....A couple of weeks later i noticed that the leaves and buds were not maturing eek!!!! I have contacted the local garden centres but they are clueless. On an overall inspection of my wisteria, i noticed that some of the branches are very brittle and snap easily, also the buds turn to powder when touched. I have scrapped back the bark around the lower trunk , but i really cant tell if it's dead OMG!!!!! the thing is its quite large now on scale and i really do not want to dig it up if possible. i would be gratefull for any advice, thanks mrs latham...See Moreinfinitezero
