One last Alfalfa Tea question (I promist)

Quick question please. Not yesterday but a week ago Saturday my husband I made our first batch of Alfalfa Tea. As the week drew on it has become greener, stinkier, and more foul. We planned to use it yesterday but when I popped off the lid and gave it a stir there was no bubbles of froth on the top.

The only way we deviated from the recipe below was to add a bottle of fish emulsion. Can I use it in theory? I thought a week was more than ample for it to incubate.
