BIOBUBBLE Bubble wrap for insulation

sharingjoy
14 years ago

Has anyone attempted the use of the Biobubble wrap for insulation? I have been searching for a good deal on bubble wrap found a ton on ebay and came across the biobubble, just wondered if anyone has used this and if it like the light penetrate through the bubbles.

I have constructed a 10X12 hoop house for the winter months. I'm am using the 6mm Plastic I bought from Home depot for 79 bucks- 20X100 roll. It was cheap and we have few uses we can get out of this roll. I have read post against using this stuff, and will consider changing it in the spring if it makes it through the winter here in NE Kansas.

I appreciate any input.

Joy =)
