Wanting to build greenhouse, advice needed

My dream is to build a 10 x 16 freestanding greenhouse to be used year round to house mainly orchids and hippeastrums. I would love to maintain a temp of about 70 degrees during the day and 55 degrees at night. I've priced out many of the kits from many different companies and feel that they are way overpriced for the materials. I have 2 ideas that I would love some input on.

Again, this would be a freestanding greenhouse to be used year round in zone 5. I'm thinking about building the frame out of cedar with about a 30" kneewall made of cedar and insulated on the inside of the kneewall. The glazing is what I am having difficulties deciding on. Could I use Low E thermopane vinyl windows? Or would it be better to use 16mm 5 wall polycarb? Which would be more insulating? Which would be less costly to intall? Any pros or cons on either (windows versus 5 wall polycarb)? Any other suggestions? Any advice would be appreciated.
