How to lower soil pH?

I had a soil test done by my local extension and it was said that my soil pH is slightly higher than desired for a vegetable garden. I'm not sure why, because I've never used lime, and I built the garden last year by having a mix of compost and topsoil added to the area. I consistently sprayed compost tea on the vegetable plants all last season. The soil pH is 7.3 and buffer pH is 7.2. It also says that calcium is very high (3239 PPM) and Phosphorus is very high (27 PPM), the potassium was high (109 PPM) and magnesium was high (138 PPM). This is the first time I've had a soil test done, and I'm not sure how to interpret these result. It said to add 3-4 lbs of 5-10-10 fertilizer per 100 sq. ft. in early spring. Is there anything else I should add or avoid to slightly lower the soil pH? I was going to use the compost from my compost bin and perhaps some composted manure. I'd appreciate any advice anyone has!
