Doesn't anything kill these things?

My GH has been hitting around 117 degrees for the last week or so. I have a geranium in it that seems to love the heat so I just leave it in there in the raised bed. BUT....the whiteflies are still alive also...how hot does it have to get to kill these things??? I set off a bug bomb a few weeks ago and it seemed to work like a charm. Went out to water geranuim 2 days ago and couldn't believe it....there they were. Only a few but i know how quickly they multiply. Never thought they would make it at those temps.
