What kind of rose is this?

Hi ladies and gentlemen,

I want to send my friend roses that are exactly like this one. Please, help me identify the name of the rose in the picture.

It might be Double Delight (see link below). Aside from its gorgeous colors, DD has a wonderful fragrance. How is yours on fragrance?

The pic is a bit small for easy identification.

I also suspect it is Double Delight (a rose I love!!) DD reminds me of nothing so much as a cherry (or raspberry) sundae (made with French vanilla ice cream)! :-)

Thank you both. It’s doing very well where it is but it is hidden among others and I want to give it more room to spread. I bought it with a Mr. Lincoln and a mystery climbing roses and it’s the only one of the three that’s thriving after 3 years.

That looks so cool. I bought a chinook sunrise rose from our garden centre last year and never got to see any blooms on it as it was finished doing so. Had some issues with it But thought well if it survives I will get to see ithem next year. Unfortunately I couldn't cover any of mine up last year due to having pulled muscle in my arms and was going for therapy. The amazing thing was they all survived and the chinook sunrise pulled through with flying colors like yours did. So it shows excellent form and I am hoping to see blossoms on it. Have seen pictures online of them and they are awesome!!! So excited to see them for the first time this year.

My Bella Roma and Diana,POW, look like this when the blossoms age. More raspberry. No scent for the princess , tho.

Yes, a larger pic would help. Is the 'red' color more orange-based or blue-based, ie more 'red' or more magenta. Does the 'red' get darker the more sun it gets. Also, is the center more of a pale yellow or more creamy white?

Well then, I'm way off, I would have thought Gemini. This pic was taken in the sun, in the shade the edges are darker.

I agree, not double delight. Gemini was the 1st rose I thought of when I saw it.

I'd ask the person who's facebook profile it's on. That's the easiest way to ID it

Or it could be Gemini's seed parent, Anne Morrow Lindbergh.

I agree that the photo probably isn't Double Delight.

All the photos you posted of roses I never heard of are gorgeous! Oh no, I might have to add them to the infamous "list".
I agree with "Gemini", especially if it is a popular rose where you live, since it would be widely recommended and available, or if it was poplular the year it was planted.

I might have to talk my grandma into planting all the roses you mentioned to find out which one of them is the one IÂm looking for. Hehe.
