Yup, agreed on the ID. You could probably take cuttings a few nodes long & pot them back into mother plant's pot, to make it look even more full & lush.

It's a Bidens species. Most are very weedy and many have seeds that attach to clothing.

I agree with saltcedar. Definitely a Gasteraloe. We had some entered in the fair plant booth. Cool looking plant! I would suggest you google the care of it and not water it very often.
