Lychnis coronaria question

In my climate this plant always behaves like a biennial. It blooms, drops its seeds late in the season. They germinate the following spring, grow through the summer and bloom the following year.

Last year when the plants dropped their seeds they germinated in late Sept - Oct. I think it was the weird weather we were having. Anyway, those seedling survived the winter and are now about 1 1/2 - 2 inches across with 2 or 3 sets of leaves. Will they bloom this year or is next year more likely? Had they germinated this spring I would expect blooms next year, but since they germinated late in the season last year I'm not sure what to expect.
