Is this the white lychnis? I have the hot pink one. I have a perennial geranium, about 3 ft. tall, pink, it was given as seeds, so no name. It does bloom all summer, but it does multiply all over, but baby plants easy to pull up. Does great in shade & sun both. I also have lemon balm, which does great in shade. In sun, it spreads all over, (member of the mint family). In shade it behaves pretty well. I can send seeds of both. I have been with gardenweb 10 yr. or so, with a few reviews. I usually don't trade, as our yard is full. If you are interested, just ask. darlene

Thanks you. Isn't it odd? For some this plant is almost a weed. For me, I have the hardest time just getting a few to survive each winter. I'm sure my soil is too moist and too rich for them, but if they do survive a winter they do great. All these seedling that appeared last fall did so in a pine needle covered garden path - not the garden itself. Now I get to transplant them to where I want them. Kevin

Love rose campion and will never be without it. My seedlings don't bloom the first year, but thereafter, they get large and gorgeous and bloom for over a month before I cut back the stems. Of course, I leave some for seeding out. The seedlings are easy to move since they have shallow roots and even sprouted in the rocks in my dry stream.
