I have a homelite might lite string trimmer. model ut21506, s/n atk0362061, date 02-05-07, 26cc displacement. I am looking for a diaphram and gasket kit for the carburator? the markings on the carb are RUI(symbol)ING. I believe the part # of the carb is HCP 308054001, I haven't been able to find anything and would greatly appreciate any info I can get Thanks Bob

They have an inner spool and an outer spool. You may have to turn the inner spool a tad one way or the other to unlock it from the the outer spool. Then , provided a bunch of dried gunk inside isn't holding on to it, it will slip right out . The part that just rolled under your work bench is the spring. Hook one end of the line in the spool and wind line in the direction of the arrow and if you are fortunate enough to have a spool w/o a divider- just wind it as a single for less problems.

Some have a ribbed profile (supposed to be cutting edge), but I agree with the above that they are all pretty much alike. I've used round as well as profiled with no real difference. This includes .080 of a throw-away Homelite curved shaft, .095 on an Echo SRM2100 semi-pro, and .105 on an Olympyk professional.
