Hi Jennifer, Even before I saw the photo, I guessed that you were talking about an aeonium, and lo and behold! It's hard to be sure with so few leaves, but from the branching, twiggy habit I'm thinking it's Aeonium haworthii. You can Google some images and confirm that, comparing them to what the plant looked like when it was healthy. The dead branches are just that - dead. If it were my plant, I would remove the remaining rosettes (proper description) and re-root them. Now is the time to do that, because aeoniums are winter growers. Snap them off, and let them rest a few days to callous over - this species won't need long because its stems are pretty woody. Then put the rosettes in fresh, well-draining mix and keep BARELY moist until you see new growth. The poor thing also looks sun-starved. Your plant (or cuttings) will want as much light and warmth as you can give it - definitely put it in a south window. But move it gradually, or what you have left will burn. And get it outdoors into the sunshine as soon as temps warm up and frost danger is past. Good luck!

I'm leaning more towards a Grapto, but not entirely. What happened to the rosettes on the perimeter pls? It might help to see a photo w/ all of them.

Your local climate is much different from mine. And also, I don't grow my plants indoors since I am lucky enough to have good weather all year long for my succulents here in SW Florida. But I'll give you my experience with this plant. It rots easily! Now I do have humid and in the summer, wet weather. This is not what you have. I am on my 3rd Campfire plant. Here is a picture of my first rotting plant. Notice how rich and dark the soil is! It retained too much water.Out of all of those stems and rosettes, I got only 2 tiny plants to root and grow. Almost all of what you see had rot and the stems were still pretty rigid, not limp at all. So this can be deceiving. Here's a closeup - every stem and rosette that I cut was slimy and falling apart. This happened rather quickly, by the way, in spite of being in full sun. I strongly encourage you to at least use 50% perlite with your soil. That was not enough for my wet conditions, but it works well for many people. I now have my newest plant in the full gritty mix and things are going well - - - but I am keeping a close eye on things this year. Good luck! This is one of my favorite plants. So colorful!

The third picture is of a "bunny ear" cactus. The scientific name is Optuntia Microdasy. I am unsure of the other two. Regarding the "babies" on the first picture, you may want to leave them alone until you see what they're doing. You can cut them off and try to propagate them. I'm not sure how successful it will be because of their size.
