That really is interesting Sherry. It is amazing to me to learn about regional differences within the same butterfly species. Only a very small percentage of my Sleepy Oranges which eclose in the fall are the winter color form, so it isn't something that I see often. Nerry, I am with you on the Clouded and the Orange. The Cloudless though are quite a bit larger than the other two, and they can almost appear to be green in color. They also seem to have a real love of tubular shaped flowers for nectaring here, which is not something that I see with other Sulphurs. Angie

If it was up to me, I would delete EVERYTHING that you acquired thru Frostwire, and then uninstall Frostwire completely. I'd then run Malwarebytes , ESET online scan and every other antimalware tool you can. If you still have trouble, find a computer shop and pay them to clean it up. Frostwire might be a useful tool for some, but if all you are looking for is free music then there are a multitude of ways to get it that carry little or no risk. Frostwire itself may be safe, but many who use it are not to be trusted. If you don't know how to protect yourself, you're better off to leave it alone.

The brownish tint can be caused by a bright summer sun. Not a problem. It is permanent on these leaves - but it is not harmful. It means that you have too much light around midday - and the plant tries to protect itself. The top AV has some damage to the center of growth - that's why the side buds started developing new shoots - suckers - as Aegis pointed. Leave one - and remove the rest as soon as you can see which is the strongest and has the better chance to take over. The death of a center bud can be cause by stress - like if it went too dry once - or sometimes just happens.
