Flower looks like False Foxglove, but has different foliage

This blooms of this plant look a lot like False Foxglove (Agalanis) but the foliage is reddish brown (almost purple) and the plant is low (about 18 inches for the tallest ones). It is growing in sandy soil along a rural roadside in North Florida and blooming right now (early October).

Can anyone tell me what this is?

Thanks!
