soil mix for Pothos

I am wondering if anyone would give me feedback on my soil mix for my new Pothos which would be planted within few weeks. See my post in "growing under lights"

I was thinking of making my own soil mix for Pothos because it will be impossible to repot after it grows to attach on 10' and 14' wood poles.

the mix I was thinking of: Orchid soil, a bit of garden black soil, perlite, vermiculite, peat and those premixed soil. Also will put 1-2 tsp of shake-it fertilizer from Mirclegro which is 19-8-12.

My idea of using Orchid soil is that it has three things mixed inside (rocks, bark, and charcol) I had this idea so that the soil mix won't stay wet too long. The Pothos will be planted densely in either 18" or 24" pots (placed on floor) and the pole will be attached to the ceiling.
