When to stop adding coffee grounds to compost pile.

Hello all, I need a little advice here. I have been composting for years and years. This is the first year I had a hot pile all through the winter here in the Chicago land area. The first pile is leaves, dead garden plants (lots of greens) and lots and lots of coffee grounds. My leaf compost pile is about 3' 1/2 high and about 10'-15' long and about 4' wide. I have been adding coffee grounds by the 5 gallon buckets full 2 to 3 times a week. (thanks starbucks). My pile is warm for this time of year, when I trun the pile I see that the middle is turning white. I also see worms in the pile, not alot but a few here and there.

Now the question. Should I stop adding grounds when I trun the pile. I trun the pile about everytwo weeks weather permitting My pile does not stink, but you still can make out the leaf shapes. I do have my plies cover with a tarp when its real cold out. Any advice would be great. ThanksFespo
